DTS Equipment Attends STUVA Expo 2025

ree

DTS Equipment Ltd. participated in the STUVA Expo 2025 in Munich, one of Europe’s leading events dedicated to tunnel construction, underground engineering, and infrastructure development.

The exhibition brought together design consultants, engineering companies, and contractors involved in planning and delivering major tunnelling and shaft-sinking projects across Germany and the wider European market. Our attendance focused on strengthening relationships with engineering design houses and showcasing DTS fully integrated production capabilities in South Korea.

Focus on Design-Driven Solutions

As STUVA is primarily a design-oriented forum, our discussions centred on how DTS supports early-stage project development through:

  • full in-house production of SGI tunnel lining rings, shaft lining, tunnel eyes, and cross-passage segments (up to 80-ton single-piece castings);

  • complete engineering support, including manufacturing drawings, 3D modelling, and FEM analysis;

  • certified manufacturing under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, KS A 9001 and CE-PED;

  • advanced waterproofing solutions, including the Contech Shaft Lining System tested up to 2,000 psi.

This year’s event provided an opportunity to align with consultants and technical decision-makers at the earliest stage of new European and international tunnel and shaft projects, where the choice of lining systems is made.

Commitment to the European Market

DTS continues to expand its presence in Europe by offering high-precision, watertight SGI solutions supported by a modern, fully integrated Korean production base with annual output exceeding 30,000 tons.

Our references include major international projects such as BHP Jansen (Canada), Anglo American Woodsmith Mine (UK), and London Underground Northern Line Extension.

About STUVA

STUVA Expo is one of the most established events for tunnelling and underground infrastructure, combining a technical conference with a specialist exhibition. The 2025 edition once again gathered key organisations involved in design, engineering, and construction of complex underground structures.
