DTS Equipment Ltd supports engineered product supply for underground infrastructure, heavy industry, wind, marine, energy and large-scale industrial applications.
DTS provides the UK-based engineering, commercial and project interface, with current production carried out through our manufacturing network in South Korea. Our scope includes project review, technical coordination, casting, fabrication where applicable, machining, inspection, QA documentation and export delivery. Our product capabilities are structured around three main areas.
Mine Shaft & Tunnel Lining Systems
Engineered metal segment systems for mine shafts, tunnels and underground infrastructure projects.
DTS supports SGI, cast iron and fabricated steel segment systems for shaft sinking, tunnel lining, underground junctions, cross-passage areas and special underground structures. Our experience includes major mining and civil infrastructure projects in Canada and the United Kingdom.
Large Castings
Large castings and machined components for wind power, marine, energy, rotating equipment and future industrial applications.
This capability covers large engineered components such as hubs, nacelle frames, yaw-related components, marine components, rotor hubs, turbine housings, compressor housings, structural castings and other large parts manufactured to customer drawings and project specifications.
Heavy Industrial Castings & Machined Components
Heavy-duty castings and machined components for steel plants, foundries, mining, power, infrastructure and process equipment.
Typical products include slag pots, ladles, furnace parts, mill housings, cooling bed structures, hoppers, machine bases, large housings, valve bodies, flanges and pressure-related industrial components.
South Korea-Based Production
All current casting and machining is carried out through South Korea-based production. DTS manages the UK-side engineering, commercial and project interface, helping customers review drawings, define production scope, coordinate QA requirements and structure international delivery.
Depending on the project, the scope may include casting, fabrication, rough or full machining, NDT, dimensional inspection, protective treatment, export packing and project-specific documentation.
