Building on our large-casting expertise, we’re expanding into offshore wind and marine applications — producing hubs, nacelle frames, yaw bearing rings, marine propellers, and large engine blocks.
Our South Korean facilities integrate pattern-making, 80-ton casting, 5-axis machining, stress relief, coating, and 100% NDT — all under PED, ISO 9001 and CE compliance.
This gives us full control from design to delivery for wind and marine-grade components.

Mine Shaft & Tunnel Lining
SGI & Steel Segments
We’re recognised as a global leader in mine shaft and tunnel lining systems. Our cast iron (SGI) and fabricated steel segments are used in shafts, step-plate junctions, tunnel eyes and cross-passages — with over 100,000 tonnes supplied across the UK, Canada, Russia and Central Asia.
From 1 m to 12 m diameters and up to 2,000 psi pressure, our rings are engineered and quality-checked in-house to meet demanding project conditions.

Heavy Industrial Castings & Machined Components
We produce high-integrity castings for steel plants, foundries and heavy industry — including slag pots, ladles, mill housings, furnace shells, and cooling beds.
With up to 80-ton capacity in a single pour, DTS offers end-to-end solutions from moulding to CNC machining (up to 14 m length).
Our process includes induction and cupola melting, green-sand and no-bake moulding, and full NDT.
