Our systems are designed for extreme geological conditions, from deep potash formations in Canada to under-river sections of the London Underground.Each solution is engineered to provide structural integrity, watertight performance, and reduced excavation diameters, resulting in measurable programme and cost savings.


SGI Liners: Proven Strength and Precision

Our spheroidal graphite iron (SGI) liners combine high tensile strength, ductility, and corrosion resistance, outperforming traditional cast iron and in-situ concrete linings.SGI segments serve as permanent linings — eliminating the need for secondary SCL layers and enabling smaller tunnel diameters, safer construction, and faster installation.From BHP Jansen Mine in Canada to Anglo American’s Woodsmith Project and London’s Northern Line Extension, DTS liners have demonstrated superior reliability under complex ground conditions.


Manufacturing and Material Expertise

Every liner is produced using controlled moulding, melting, and machining processes that ensure uniform wall thickness and dimensional accuracy.Our production facilities in South Korea specialise in heavy one-piece castings up to 80 tons, with precise CNC machining and ultrasonic testing performed in-house.Material grades such as EN-GJS-600-3 and EN-GJS-400-15 are selected according to project geology, pressure, and corrosion environment, guaranteeing both strength and flexibility over decades of service.


Integrated Casting and QA Control

All production stages — from pattern making to final assembly — are carried out in-house at our facilities in South Korea.The plants operate under a full Inspection Control Plan (ICP) covering every parameter from chemical consistency to ultrasonic testing, guaranteeing total traceability and compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, KS A 9001, and CE PED standards.
